An instrument that measures the rotating torques on shafts that are integrated in power transmission chains.

The detection of the rotating torque is performed discreetly with a sampling frequency of up to 4 Hz, by generating a gyroscopic torque whose amplitude and frequency value is known, and a comparator which compares the measuring (rotating torque) and the gyroscopic torque generated, thus obtaining the value of the first.
